Ryan represents individuals and entities in all phases of complex commercial litigation in New York State and Federal Courts, including contract disputes, business torts, fraud claims, restrictive covenants, real estate transaction litigation, and business disputes, including partnership, corporation, and LLC derivative suits, dissolutions, breakups, buyouts, mergers, and valuations. A life-long resident of Long Island, he has also volunteered at St. Thomas Tax Clinic and with the Senior Citizens Law Project at Nassau Suffolk Law Services.
